The private room includes the use of a well-furnished kitchen, an elegantly furnished living room, a dining room, a washer/dryer, and all utilities (internet, water/sewer, independently controlled heat, and air conditioning). The house has off-street parking in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is located just a few miles from town and the seacoast. New tenants are provided with a gift of free laundry detergent and a large assortment of shampoo and hair conditioner to choose from.

I am a retired professional trumpeter, teacher, and fine art photographer. We share the house with a very sweet dog named Zoey. When I am not walking Zoey, I am usually spending time in my room or kitchen. My home tends to be quiet since I usually use headphones while listening to movies or any other audio sources. Most previous tenants have become good friends.
