The room is more like a suite with one room as a bedroom and one room as a den or study. There is a full bath and is rarely shared. The kitchen is shared. Parking is available and entrance is through the garage. We are set in a neighborhood connected to the hiking trails of MDC Reservoir #6. Rooms are not furnished Included utilities, internet. No cable.

We are a middle-age gay male couple. Our son used the space until his move to his own apartment in the summer of 2025.
