This is a peaceful, communicative, cool, living environment. We’re a big hearted, funny, awesome bunch. We personally don’t drink, or smoke. We’re 420 Friendly. *Outside only. No partying, illegal substances/activity or drama. Period. Positive vibes & communication is big for us. It’s important to find someone with that same mindset. We’re a non judging, LGBT+ family.
We have special needs dogs ages 4 to 10. I worked in rescue for 26 years. (Will not be taking in more dogs.) My home is clean, and the dogs don’t hang out in the rental room areas. They’re all potty trained, and we work with an amazing behaviorist/trainer. Our dogs are from horrific conditions. We’ve worked hard to have a well rounded, loving, content pack. They are family, quirky, and VERY sweet. They all think they’re lap dogs. 🥰
Room has a keyed lock. 2 shared bathrooms. Large, personal linen closet. Access to all common living areas and laundry. Designated parking. Renters have a large fridge in the laundry room, and a large cabinet in the kitchen for food items.
Gym coming together in the garage. And will be accessible to roomies! ☺️
