Single dad gauging interest for a partially finished basement in a house on the south side. Rent $500/month +$150 for utilities, negotiable, month to month lease.
Basement has drywall, two separated areas, private shower, private half bathroom at the top of the basement stairs. Shared laundry is in the basement and I will need passthrough access to do my own laundry occasionally.
The kitchen is shared.
Private driveway parking for one vehicle.
Gigabit internet paid by me
No dogs. Cats and kids ok. Must pass background check.
About the roomies
I am a relatively quiet single 39yo father and my 8yo son will be here with me part time. I work full time M-F in the day.
I smoke in my bedroom and it exhausts to the back porch. If you smoke, I ask you do it on the back porch.
