Your room is fully furnished, has a big walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a shower and separate powder room. The building has a solid gym, a pool, a jacuzzi, and quiet garden areas. It’s an easy spot if you’re going to UCLA or Santa Monica; about three miles away. Rent is $1,950 a month, and that includes water, power, and internet. No pets. Students are welcome. Month to month ok.
