About the room
The shy half-acre property near a state park has a small house (not a tiny house) on it. It has a sleeping loft that is semi-private. It could be made more private with a little creative thinking. There is another sleeping area, but it isn’t as closed off for privacy as the loft. The common area including the kitchen would be shared as well as the bathroom. I will be living in the she-shed on the property that I am currently remodeling. There is a large garden with a greenhouse, so bonus if you like gardening. Also, I could use a second pair of hands for some projects. No pets unfortunately, there is a dog already here. No overnight guests or gatherings, or smoking anything, anywhere, at any time.
About the roomies
I am friendly and approachable, but not super social. (I have sensory sensitivities, thus no smoking and quiet.) I purchased the property for solo homesteading, but having another quiet person around would be nice. I do need assistance once in a while. (Not hard labor, just an extra pair of hands.)
