SUBLEASE Sublease my room for the remainder of the rental term. March 1st - July 1st. Single occupancy room in a house of 4 rooms. There are currently 2 females and 1 male with 3 of the best behaved dogs (actually not kidding, so sweet). Full kitchen, 2.5 baths, and storage in the garage.
Tenant pays monthly utilities, typically between 100-150.
Everyone here is in their 20’s all with careers.
I am flexible about leaving the bed on photo of room.
No family’s, pets, or couples. A single occupant only.
I am willing to negotiate on rent slightly for the right candidate.
