About the room
I have two rooms available in my lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. One room is furnished and one is not. Choice is yours. Tenants will have complete use of the house, including a full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and washer and dryer. Garage parking is also available. High speed internet and 65 in Television for your viewing pleasure. All utilities and internet included in the price of the rent. There will also be housekeepers coming in every other week to keep the main house clean.
About the roomies
I am a working professional. I work in San Francisco and only use the home Monday-Thursday. My primary home is in the Sacramento area. For now, there are no other tenants. I plan on renting the two rooms to the same gender, since the Jack and Jill restroom will be shared. Looking for other professionals. Given my profession, a background check will be conducted and drug usage of any type will not be tolerated and will probably lead to criminal prosecution.
