The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, den, office, laundry room, kitchen, with a covered outdoor patio. The room has a walk in closet carpeted with ceiling fan and window. With some rearranging I can make the den the roommates own living room so they can have their own bedroom, bathroom, living room. With common space being main living room, kitchen, and laundry room.

I have 3 dogs and spouse has a few reptiles. Spouse lives out of state due to work, so looking for a roommate to help save on living costs. I plan to change up my work schedule to be Mon-Sat 6am to 6pm, so wont be really home. Dogs have free access to wander outside and inside.
