I am the sole occupant of the property. I’m a working professional with a busy schedule and I travel fairly often, so the home is typically quiet and low-traffic. I value a clean, respectful, and drama-free living environment.

The property is professionally cleaned every two weeks, and I take pride in keeping it very tidy in between cleanings. I have two well-behaved cats who are part of the household, so any roommate must be comfortable living with cats. I’m not able to accommodate additional pets.
