This room is furnished with a full size bed, dresser, nightstand and has a large step in closet. You will also have a full bathroom that will also be used for guests (which is rare) but primarily yours. There is also an in unit washer and dryer. We are located right near the Summit shopping center so plenty of food options close. There is a screened patio, as well as internet included.

We are a happily married couple that both have day jobs Monday-Friday. We are homebodies who enjoy binging shows, playing both board and video games, reading, and enjoying home cooked meals. Our ideal roommate must be 420 friendly and outgoing. We are very happy in our space and not looking to force or rush so our ideal person will be respectful of our space and property and ok with interacting in a drama free space.
