Lease take over opportunity at liv arbor!
Hello I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Liv arbor the lease runs until May of next year. 2 bed 1 bath, there is a roommate that is going to be stay here. there is a lot of amenities, pool, 2 hot tubs one of the hot tubs is open year around, gym, dog park, 2 kids parks, game room and the hub, they have spots in the hub that you can work from home. There’s a lot of activities that the apartment puts on like pancake breakfast garden club. There is a fitness club. They have happy hours, the have a kids club, and stuff for you dogs they put on every month.The apartment is on the second floor overlooks the woods so you can see lots of animals. About the roomies
The current roommate works 2 jobs and is gone most of the night and day. He is a real cool guy.
