I have two rooms in our home for rent. $750 a room one person per room preference. Room has small fridge, microwave, fully furnished with wueen bed, dresser, night stand, close and TV. Also have a shared office space to relax, couch, breakfast area, coffee bar, TV, recliner and desk with all computer hook ups and 5 g WiFi. All bills paid. Washer and dryer next to room.

We stay at our lake house and our son has a room in the house but is only there part time. It’s a five bedroom house but is vacant allot. My wife and I have a room there but have our own bath. We prefer that folks do t use the kitchen, much which is why we put the fridge and microwave in the rooms.
