The house is a cute, artfully-decorated two-bedroom, two bath, split plan house. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac. We each have our own bathroom as well as privacy because of the split plan. There is ample off-street parking and a small but shady backyard and patio area that is lovely this time of year. There are some empty planters available if you like to garden. There is a hot tub but I don’t usually have it on because of utilities. There is a fireplace I may try and get going next winter. Really nice open concept living/dining area. Shared fridge space. Kitchen is shared with a gluten-sensitive roommate so please be conscientious.

I am an elementary music teacher/ budding musician. I am open and accepting of all religions, ethnicities, and genders and I am looking for a roommate who is as well. I have a jam once a month and occasionally host a brunch or something low-key. I occasionally have classes or lessons at my house so I do try to keep the main living area tidy. I am busy so I sometimes leave the major cleaning to the weekend.
I’m happy to share meals/hang out occasionally but I’m also okay with a roommate who keeps mostly to themselves as long as we get along. I am gluten free and have a couple rules about gluten in the kitchen so that I can make sure I don’t have cross-contamination. I do ask for no smoking/vaping in the house since I am a singer. I have a cat who sometimes stays with his grandparents but I am open to another pet (dog or cat) especially if they are well-behaved.
