About the room

Hello potential roomie, listed below are things that my vacant room is able to offer :p

Room Perks:

Private bedroom with it’s own closet
Great natural light
Very own heater that you could set to your comfort level Location Perks:
Clark College is across the street
Next to 6 bus line and green bus line
Walking distance to Walmart and restaurants Other Perks:
All Utilities & Internet will be covered
Spacious common area
On-site laundry ( they do charge though )

Important Info:

I am willing to take a cat the complex will require a pet deposit and fee
Shared Bathroom, Kitchen, and Common areas, as long as you always clean after then we should be okay

It’s an old apartment building that’s got a motel aesthetic that’s well located, budget friendly, and cool chill people around.

I don’t like setting strict house rules considering everyone’s situation is a little different but all I ask of you is to be mindful and to always communicate important information such if you are wanting to invite guests or stay up late.

Additionally I apologize to those whoever this may affect but I am only willing to accept people closer to my age due for comfortability purposes, Eighteen to Twenty Six

About the roomies

I got a 2 bedroom but currently its just me. I am 22 years old and currently balancing work and school for a few years now. I am a little shy but will get better as you get to know each other more. I like to play video games and gym for my main hobbies, if you share those hobbies, bonus points for you :p
