This is a brand new house, a new construction, everything is new, quiet neighborhood, the house is ultramodern. Your room will have a dedicated small fridge and by a mini kitchen with microwave, water heater, the big kitchen downstairs is ultramodern with bake, roast, air fryer all built in one. You will have a dedicated living room upstairs with nice leather sofa and TV, and are welcome to the big modern living room downstairs.

You will be sharing the house with owner and another roommate, all of whom are professional. You must be a full time professional or student as well, must pass background check, must be making at least 3 times the rent ($1000) and incomes must be verifiable.
