Large backyard in a quiet, well maintained home in the Eastgate area of Garden Grove. Owner currently lives in the home along with one female roommate in her 30s.

Utilities: Gas, electric, water, and WiFi are split evenly between roommates.

House Rules: Single occupancy only. No pets. No smoking.

Perks and Location: Street parking available. Street sweeping twice per month. Close to the 405 and 22 freeways. Convenient to Cypress, Seal Beach, Westminster, and Long Beach. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacy.

The second roommate is a female in her early 30s who works in retail and is easygoing, respectful, and friendly.
