About the room
The room is great—it has floors and its own sliding door that opens right onto a big, private patio. You’ll have a walk-in closet with plenty of built-ins and your own bathroom that’s honestly nicer than most (the stone vanity and huge walk-in shower are definitely the highlights). The rest of the place is fully loaded with a solid kitchen, and the complex itself is super chill and well-kept. If you’re into staying active, we’ve got a gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, and tennis courts right here.
About the roomies
I’m a 31-year-old professional with a pretty packed schedule, so I’m out of the house a lot for work. When I am home, I’m usually just looking for a quiet place to reset. I’m easygoing and friendly, but I’m looking for someone stable who treats the place with respect—especially being mindful of the shared areas and taking care of the room. If you’re a considerate person who appreciates a peaceful, clean home, we’ll get along great.
