Tall Ceilings and lots of natural light located far back off the street on a gated lot. The neighborhood itself is quiet and not on a busy road, police station is up the street. We have a beautiful courtyard with lots of sunlight as pictured, and coin-laundry on the lot. Mother’s Market is the closet walkable grocer, next to 7/11. There is also a great brunch spot a block away. This room comes with a shared bathroom (as pictured) with shower filter. We have a Vacuum, Swiffer, gas stove and refrigerator as well as tv, microwave, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, pots and pans, utensils and dish drying rack (No dishwasher). There IS a portable a/c unit in the living room as well as an air purifier. You may purchase your own portable a/c unit for your bedroom. The only heat is a gas heater in the living room. I would recommend purchasing a Space heater for chilly nights. Apart from the courtyard (sunset photo), there is also a small patio and back alley shown in photos (ivy wall) that is private for us and connects out of the master bedroom as well. Perfect if you enjoy growing plants/gardening like myself! PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST EITHER MAKE 2.5 x the rent OR Have A VALID CO-SIGNER ready when applying to be considered by the landlord and myself. I am a 24 year old woman who works as a Behavioral Therapist for kids with special needs. I love hiking (Runyon canyon is nearby), going to Malibu to chill, trying new restaurants, gardening and traveling. I am very clean and respectful of my space and others. :)
