I’m Katie and live with my boyfriend, Chase. We are just a couple that are like old people. The townhome is a perfect fit for someone that is a student, or has a consistent schedule, within reason. Since I’ve been working 2 jobs one remotely and bartending, as season approaches, I’d prefer someone with a day job/schedule because I’m gone weekends and nights. I’m super easy going but I’m very timid. Chase does construction and works as a bouncer at a local bar. We’re very lax.
