3 bedrooms 2 bath 1555 square foot house mortgage is 1800 a month so need help someone paying half would have your own bathroom I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, 1555 square foot house with a fenced in back yard. I have an unfurnished bedroom willing to rent a room to someone who is not wild and steals !!!!!!! who is quiet and pays on time. Price includes high speedWi-Fi, Netflix water bill also trash pick up, laundry and a 10 x 12 shed in the back. welcome to any part of the house except my bedroom.
About the roomies
I live alone and just got a house but I would like a roommate to half the bills. I don’t care what race or gender. As long as you can pay for rent and you do not steal (I repeat, if you do not steal). I will rent it out to you. Plus someone with good hygiene that takes a shower and does not have offensive smell would be nice. No couples or animals someone that can take care of a house!!!!! And no party’s .. I’m old and will not tolerate foolishness
