About the room
Located in NE Seattle on a very quiet street, close to Seattle Children’s Hospital, UW campus and medical center, and U Village shopping center. Bus stops for the 62 (downtown, Green Lake, light rail) and 65 (UW, light rail, Children’s Hospital) are only a couple blocks away. The house is in great shape and well cared for, with abundant natural light and a flower-filled landscaped yard.
12 month lease starting April 1. Utilities average about $125 / month. First and last month rent plus refundable security deposit due upon lease signing – $3,200 total.
About the roomies
Housemates: three early 30’s guys, one working in architecture and two are students in biotech and education. We keep common spaces clean and organized, and work together on yard care and seasonal cleaning. We work pretty regular hours and hang out occasionally over hikes/dinner/drinks/movies/board game/etc.
