We have the first level of our 2 story modern house available in West Asheville. It is in upscale safe and quiet neighborhood. We have a walking trail, enough of parking. We are occupying the second floor on some weekends and are rarely there during the workday. We have an excellent renter for almost 2 years, who will be relocating for work on short notice. It is a 2 story house. You will have isolated masters wing with rain shower in your private bathroom, new washer/dryer unit.
