This is a single room downstairs which has an en-suite. The house is in an area that is nice and quiet. We live on the corner and behind us is a park so we only have one neighbor which is really nice. Everyone is friendly and it’s a welcoming environment.

My work keeps me busy during the day, and my daughter is in school, so we’re usually not home during the week. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable sharing a space with us. I value a tidy environment and have family visiting weekly, so it’s important that you’re okay with guests. You will have access to the kitchen as well as laundry.
