This is a home owned by me, and I generally rent rooms to friends at a cheap rate. My good friend is getting their own place and moving out. The room is $600 flat a month, no extra bills. Everything is included like streaming services. The house is a 2 story. There are 2 rooms downstairs with a shared pool room space, and bathroom. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a kitchen, and living room. I do also have an office space near the living room where I work remotely often. The house has had many different personalities living in it and has always been an adventure. Everyone is very calm, and roomates always turn into more of a family here. We are all avid music lovers and go out to shows often. The garage has also been converted to a gym, with matts and weightlifting equipment. We have a well behaved dog and 2 cats.

As for current roomates, Amanda is a new tenant in the large downstairs room, they love to draw and play video games. She is working as a nanny at the moment. The other downstairs tenant is Deion, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and any outdoor activities. He is a fantastic cook and loves making cookies for the house. Skylar is my step brother and lives in one of the upstairs rooms. He has a job at Ross and can find all the best new stuff before the sell for us. He enjoys deep conversations and any new fun craft. You’ll normally catch him watching shows in the living room or drawing. I live in the master bedroom, Im taking my dog on constant walks, going to yoga, enjoying music, and doing random crafts and painting.
