The home was previously occupied by our family and has been very well cared for. We are keeping the primary suite for occasional use, so tenants will have the home to themselves the majority of the time.

About the roomies
We are looking for 2-3 responsible, clean, and considerate individuals who value a peaceful home environment. It is best suited for working professionals or students seeking stability and a calm, well maintained living space.
Besides the tenants, the only person who may occasionally stay is my sister, who is in medical residency. She is respectful, quiet, and focused on work and rest when she is there.
