It’s a newly built 2-bedroom ,2bathroom apartment near Dale Boulevard in Woodbridge, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. You will have your own private bathroom. Laundry in unit. Rent is $1,000 per month, and utilities to be shared equally. A $500 security deposit is required to reserve the room. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage.

I work in healthcare and my shift is 10pm to 6am. I’m a homebody, so I’m usually either at home, at school, or at work. I’m very neat, organized, and laid-back, and I’m easy to live with. I live alone, so if you move in, it would just be the two of us. I also have a few friends, but they don’t really come over—I usually visit them instead.
