You will have a small private bedroom, with primary use of main bathroom. Will share the rest of the house except master bedroom and bathroom.

Rent is $650/month. Deposit is $300. House is furnished (except your bedroom/bathroom) including washer/dryer.

Permanent tenant has an older dog and a mostly outdoor cat. No additional pets allowed.
