Currently in the works of looking for a roommate willing to move in within the next three months. (My current roommate is currently looking to buy a house. So this is all up in the air at the moment).

The apartment I’m looking for a roomie for is a three bedroom two bathroom on the third floor of Monte Sano Terrace.

In the apartment currently is my roommate, his sweet little pointer, me, and my feline companion. Since we are not sure when my roommate will be moving out. We are willing to temporarily give the third bedroom to someone who would be interested in signing a month to month/six month lease with me after my roommate moves out. Rent would be around $450 in this case of rooming in the temporary third bedroom. (Not including utilities & Wi-Fi)

Anyone interested in starting a month to month/six month lease around March 31st would be ideal (Again this time frame is just an estimate. We are not sure when my roommate is going to close on a house)

Rent for the intended month to month/six month lease will be around $675 (Not including utilities & Wi-Fi)

Speaking of myself. I enjoy listening to music, reading, gaming, watching movies, and hiking. I’m currently a student at Alabama A&M and work as a server assistant at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.

I’m pretty laid back and wouldn’t mind making new homies. If you just want to do your own thing that’s cool too!
