We have a Private bedroom in a large 4b/2b house available for rent in a safe and friendly Scofield Farm neighborhood. We are looking for a roommate who might be looking for a long-term lease.

Private bedroom with a SHARED bathroom + fully refundable $500 deposit if you leave with 30 days notice and haven’t damaged anything
Furnished common areas (living room, dining, laundry room, kitchen, and a private fenced backyard)
Easy access to I35, N Mopac, Hwy 183
5 - 8 mins to Apple, The Domain, IBM, Amazon, etc.
5 - 8 mins to HEB, Walmart, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc.
15 - 20 mins to Downtown Austin, Round Rock; Pflugerville
10 mins to Rock Rose/The Domain, Arboretum/Great Hills, Wholefood, Trader Joe’s, Topgoft, etc.

This price is for a clean, friendly, respectful individual (no illegal drugs, party, loud music, or smoking in or around the house) and light cooking House rules include shoes off at the door and no dirty dishes left in the sink more than 24 hours.

We currently can’t accommodate any pets.
