This house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath and I have a cat who gets along well with medium and large dogs. My roommate and I both work full time. We are looking for someone who is respectful and has similar values for keeping the house clean, functional, and comfortable :)

Amenities: washer/dryer in unit, central heating (no central AC), dishwasher, fully fenced backyard, shower with tub, attached garage for bikes/gear, driveway & street parking

3 month sublease

• With the opportunity of extending into a 1 year lease
• Single bedroom for rent ($685 a month + ultilities)

This room is available April 1st, but my other roomie will move out and the third room will be available July 1st, so dates can be flexible!

We enjoy movie nights, sharing dinner and lil drinks we find at the grocery store, bonfires and puzzles. I enjoy music, climbing, painting, & gardening/plants!
