Looking for a roommate to move in June 1st in Portland! Musts:

• Be willing to share chores and keep tidy shared spaces (we can discuss this further if you’re interested!)

• Like cats (I have two and I love them very much)

• Respectful of shared spaces/late night quiet preferred

• LGBTQ friendly (im nonbinary)

-Only two cats are allowed and no dogs, so no cats or dogs can be brought unfortunately.

Rent portion is $1020. I’m unsure how much exactly you will have to pay as a security deposit, 1000 is the highest estimate. Everything is included but electric and internet. The internet portion is about $35 a month, the electric varies but can be in the 60s or 70s for your portion. Everything is split 50/50 as best as possible and in my name so you’d be sending me the money through paypal/cashapp/venmo. Rent you’d be able to post your half to the site. I can explain it further when you inquire!

The apartment is fully furnished except for your room, which you would furnish yourself. There is also a shared office space you can put a desk and shelf in. :)

I work a day job from 8am to 2pm, then I head to a job at night from 4pm to 7pm. I get home late on the days I work both. I prefer quiet time past 9pm because of this, but you are free to do whatever you like in your room as long as you use headphones or are quiet about it :)

I play video games, read, and sometimes take my kitten Mari on walks.
