Sole’ is situated in the heart of Flagler village where everything is close by including Las Olas, wilton manors and only 2 miles to the beach. The complex has an inground pool Jacuzzi barbecue grills a rooftop with seating areas & a great view of the city , a fitness center & a clubhouse. A parking garage for a monthly fee & a car wash located on the roof. The apt is a decent size for 2 ppl to co habitat & also has a in unit washer /dryer. The unit is furnished except the 2nd bedroom. Not difficult to furnish, just need a mattress/frame & a dresser for your clothes & some artwork if desired . I have a 55” tv already in the room ,& a full length mirror. The bedroom has a very large walk-in closet for storage/ clothes etc.

Im a single gay man I work for the marriott on Ft. Lauderdale beach & im a pretty chill person , im not going to lie, im big on keeping the apt clean & im respectful of other ppl im living with. Always ready to help anyone out if they ask or need it. Always good to have a friendly relationship with the roommate if they want to go out for a drink or dinner or movies or just stay in & watch a movie etc. I like decent & respectful people no matter their gender, race or sexual preference. In any relationship its all about compromise & respecting one another 😁
