Single 28 year old Female with 2 jobs one in person during the day and second working from home at a set up in the living room alcove area of the apartment at night. Looking for a considerate and kind roommate to help with rent expenses as it is crazy out here. I have 2 cats that stay in my room always and one Dog who is my ESA that will stay in my room during the day but likes to hangout with me at night. I cook and bake and would be happy to include you in my meal prepped dinners and breakfasts for the week if you contribute equally to groceries. I am used to taking care of getting all rent and utilities paid for the household and can continue to do that where you would Zelle to me monthly or biweekly (biweekly preferred as I have been burned before) your portion of the bills and I put everything together and get them paid. I am quite introverted and work a lot so for the most part I will stay out of your hair but I am also very friendly and more than happy to make new friends :)
