🏡 The Home The entire home has been completely remodeled, including new flooring, fresh interior and exterior paint, and updated kitchen and bathrooms. High ceilings and cohesive design create a welcoming, well-appointed atmosphere throughout. This is a professionally maintained household designed for working adults who value cleanliness, consideration, and a comfortable living environment. Shared common areas include: • Main Living Room • Family Room • Kitchen & Dining Area • Mini loft upstairs • Laundry Room • Bright white kitchen available for full meal preparation. Chemical- and fragrance-free household (essential oils are fine). No pets in the home.

💰 Rental Details Rent: $900 per month (Single Occupancy) Minimum Stay: 30 Days Refundable Room Hold Deposit: $250 (returned at move-out if room is left in good condition) One-Time Cleaning Fee: $100 Many guests secure their stay without touring. As someone who has travelled for work for 20 years, I created this home specifically for traveling professionals and working adults who value a clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained living environment. Each room is intentionally designed to feel comfortable and inviting, while still being practical for longer stays.

This is not a high-turnover property. It’s a dedicated mid-term and extended stay home, and I take pride in maintaining consistency, structure, and a calm atmosphere for guests.

Clear communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect are important to me — and most of my guests appreciate having a reliable, well-managed place to land during their assignments. Although this is a Single Occupancy Room, I have other rooms that may work for Double Occupancy.
