High ceilings and cohesive design create a welcoming, well-appointed atmosphere throughout. This is a professionally maintained household designed for working adults who value cleanliness, consideration, and a comfortable living environment. Shared common areas include: • Main Living Room • Family Room • Kitchen & Dining Area • Mini loft upstairs • Laundry Room *Bright white kitchen available for full meal preparation. Chemical- and fragrance-free household (essential oils are fine). No pets in the home.

Each room is intentionally designed to feel comfortable and inviting, while still being practical for longer stays.

This is not a high-turnover property. It’s a dedicated mid-term and extended stay home, and I take pride in maintaining consistency, structure, and a calm atmosphere for guests.

Clear communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect are important to me — and most of my guests appreciate having a reliable, well-managed place to land during their assignments.
