Located in South St. Pete on the border of Gulfport. Private room with shared living quarters (kitchen, bathroom, living room, backyard). It has a full fenced in (privacy fence) backyard with lovely plant life (mango tree, lemon tree, etc.). Marijuana and Tobacco smokers welcome, as long it’s done outside (covered cement deck with chairs available for this, or uncovered wooden deck, if you want some sun). There is a storage shed available for sharing as well. I give music lessons to children and adults out of the sun-room. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, full size range stove/oven, indoor and outdoor refrigerators/freezers, pantry - are shared use. Central heat and air, ceiling fans. Please feel free to ask questions if you feel I left some information out. ALSO: I would love to find someone who can pay the $1000, but it’s negotiable if you’re a good fit.

I am a mostly quiet adult woman in my mid-30s. I work full-time, have some side gigs (like the music lessons mentioned), and am a student. I mostly have 1 or 2 people over at a time on weekends, but occasionally like to throw a brunch, dinner party, small gathering, etc. I like my home to feel welcoming to everyone. I have 3 pets; a rabbit, a cat, and a Pomeranian. He (the dog) does get quite yappy sometimes, but is extremely friendly and always wants to play or cuddle.
