Available anytime after 2/15. I’m looking for a housemate to fill a furnished bedroom in the Park Hill neighborhood with a month-to-month, 6-month or year lease. All utilities (gas/electricity/water/internet) are included. The bathroom is shared. There is a newer and larger washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’d need to make a meal. There is a private backyard with a patio and shed storage. Parking is street only, usually plentiful.

It’s a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the Hiawatha Rec Center and Skylandia Park. Walking distance to breweries, coffee shops, and Kearney St restaurants.

I’m a teacher who is at work most of the day (until summer) and usually gone on the weekends. I have a sweet and loving dog named Libby. Please, no other pets. I love being in the outdoors, skiing or biking.
