This is a centrally-located condo just minutes from downtown Richmond, VCU, the James River and countless other restaurants/shopping/bars/theatres. Excellent bike and running paths right outside the door.

Private room has a dedicated, full-bath right off of the room. Spacious room with large closet, ceiling fan, brand new wood flooring, and large windows to let in all of the sunshine. The room also comes furnished with a king-sized bed, desk and chair, and night stand.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. and is completely available for your use, but please do be respectful and clean up after yourself. There is a dishwasher, full-range stove, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, and plenty of your own cabinet/fridge space. There is also an additional mini fridge located on the back porch for any items you would like to keep there, as well.

In-unit washer and dryer free for your use.

Excellent outdoor space including a large, fenced-in backyard and large front and back porches. Ample street parking and private parking.

This is available for mid-long term renters. I travel quite a bit so the other bedroom will only be occupied by me for a couple of weeks at a time, a few times a year; essentially, you’ll have the place entirely to yourself. So long as you’re respectful, tidy, and communicative, you’re welcome to feel right at home!

The $1,300/month is all-inclusive, including utilities (AC/heat, internet, water, trash/recycling). The kitchen comes stocked with cleaning supplies but I would ask that you cover the cost of any additional paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc.

12-month lease is preferred, but I can be flexible on this!

Please no shoes in the house :)

The second bedroom does belong to me. But I travel almost all of the time so I’ll only be there for a couple of weeks at a time, a few times a year!

Pretty much the entire space is all yours :)
