The property is located on the Sacramento River with river access. It is a short walk to restaurants and shops. The room up for rent is the master bedroom with an ensuite in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated. If you have pets reach out to me as pets are allowed but I do have allergies.

My name is Kennedy, and I live in the apartment with my service dog, Milo. I am introverted, work opening shifts in tech, play video games in my off time, and mostly stick to my room. The living room will be unfurnished after the current roommate moves out. I have a couch and Tv and other furniture to move in once she moves out, but if you are interested in moving in and have your own living room furniture, we can talk about it and either make space for it. I am pretty easy-going. I am queer and physically disabled, and if you have a problem with either, please don’t reach out to me.
