The accommodation includes a renovated bedroom with a new queen bedroom set, multifunctional closet, desk and chair, mini fridge, tv, WiFI and high speed internet cable connection. Dedicated hall bathroom to yourself. Laundry room, kitchen, dining, pool and patio are shared. All utilities included. Smoking allowed outside. Parking on right side of driveway. We reside with our 17 year old son and 2 small dogs and 2 cats that mind themselves.
