Trailer Park does require a background check. - $50.00 for that. They are fairly strict. You will need to show around 6 months of work history. If no social security number you will need an ITIN.

Christian Home. No Drinking, smoking, drugs, or sleep overs.

You will be living with two other guys. I’m 53 and the other guy is in his 30’s.

Children friendly. Pet friendly. No fenced yard. I might let a smaller dog in if it can get along with my cats and be taken outside regularly.

I have had both men and woman stay here before and could probably get references if you want.

I’m mostly into computers related stuff, but like the outdoors some too. I am home most of the time. The house is set up with some old gaming computers in the main room right now. Also a large screen TV to watch shows and movies on which I try to put something on in the evening to watch. My other roommate works a lot or is gone to see his girlfriend.
