Hello! If you are looking for a place to rest with plenty of amenities to go around, this is your spot! This room comes with a modern kitchen, recently renovated bedroom and bathroom, and a good fireplace in the backyard. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is within a ten minute drive of downtown Mooresville, I-77, West Plaza Dr, the NASCAR Technical Institute, and even Stumpy Creek Park.

So far, excluding a dog and a cat, I have one current roommate. We are both at work during the day and enjoy figuring out projects during the evenings to test our skills. Both of us also have similar interest in engineering as well given our roles and maintain a relatively quiet life here. That doesn’t mean that either of us are afraid to check in on anyone’s day and help out if needed with the day-to-day task, though. We will be glad to meet you!
