• Has own private ensuite bathroom with a walk in closet.
• You will have a garage space for your own vehicle.
• Laundry unit is on the 2nd floor.
• Common areas and items in the kitchen, living, and dining areas are mostly shared.
• To keep things peaceful, we are a drug/smoke-free home with no overnight guests.

Only 2 people currently live here. Tenants are respectful, responsible, clean, friendly, and keep the home peaceful. Tenants are in their 30s, non-smokers, non-religious, do not party or bring guests over much. One Tenant enjoys gaming, the other enjoys anime. Both work in retail. To prevent miscommunications and misunderstandings, we prioritize constant communication in a group chat. Tenants tend to keep to ourselves and have a light chat here and there in the common areas.

Note: We have one resident cat who is super cute, friendly, and loves pets and treats.
