About the room
This new home features a furnished (can be unfurnished) room located on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the neighborhood.
The tenant of this room will have their own private bathroom once I move out, but may need to use it again when I return for visits.
There is a small community patio area with picnic tables and a BBQ stove right across the street.
Public library located right outside of the neighborhood.

Have 1 garage space left, $50/month, first come first serve. Otherwise street and driveway parking is available.
House Rules: To keep things peaceful, we are a drug/smoke-free home with no overnight guests.
About the roomies
Only 2 people (including me) currently live here. We are respectful, responsible, clean, and keep the home peaceful. We are both in our 30s, non-smokers, non-alcoholic drinkers, non-religious, do not party or bring guests over much, and we both enjoy the occasional pizza and gaming night.
The other tenant works part time on the weekends. I work from home. Note: We have one resident cat who is super cute (but can be vocal sometimes).
