The house is located in a nice suburb which is within biking distance of Chico State. The room is approximately 11 feet by 12 feet with closet space and a window facing the front of the house. There is a front and back yard with space for relaxing outside. Inside there is a kitchen, fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer and all of the other standard amenities. We also have a wood stove in the living room to warm the house up during the winter.

There are three other roommates you will be living with (myself, my sister and one other). We also have three cats, who you will not have to take care of, but are encouraged to enjoy. We like to have an environment of open communication so that problems are resolved quickly and amicably when they come up. Given the shared spaces, we also like to have a friendly atmosphere, but you may keep to yourself if you like.
