About the room
Our house is right next to the 101 and it is very convenient to go places!! We also have a pretty big sized kitchen and a spacious garage. There is also a driveway in front of the house so you can park your car there! If you have a dog, it’s also a great neighborhood for them since there’s a lot of greenery! The house relatively cheap, with all expenses usually being a max of $700 per month for rent, utilities, power, and internet.
About the roomies
Hey! My name is Vanessa and I’m a pharmacy technician! I love going to concerts, reading, playing music, drawing, and playing video games!
I’m living here with my other roommate, Maro, who does admin work and has an emotional support/trained dog. We’re both pretty introverted and don’t throw parties at our place. He and I are super clean as well so you won’t have to worry about that! The two of us tend to keep to ourselves since we are working/going out but we are super friendly too!!
Our third roommate is moving out, so we will have a vacancy on July 1st, 2026. We are both queer/trans 🏳️⚧️ and we would love another queer roommate, but it’s not required! please message me if you’re interested :D
