Hi there! I have one bedroom available now in a comfortable, well-kept home near Park Place. $700 a month. $350 Security deposit. I cover water, trash, and internet. I only ask you to help pay your share of the electricity and gas bills.

The room is a good size, with its own closet and enough space for a queen bed, a desk, a dresser, and still room to move around comfortably.

The shared spaces are one of the best parts of the house. The living room is cozy, with a custom gas fireplace that gives the space a warm, welcoming feel. The kitchen is spacious and great for anyone who enjoys cooking. It has a gas cooktop, a large Sub-Zero fridge, plenty of storage, and enough room to cook without feeling cramped.

The location is also really convenient. The house is tucked behind Park Place, so Target, groceries, coffee, restaurants, and everyday errands are all just a few minutes away, while the neighborhood itself still feels calm and residential.

I’m looking for someone who wants to live in a respectful home and values a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment. This is not a party house. It is best suited for someone who wants a stable place to come home to and share with people who communicate clearly and respect the space.

You’d also be sharing the home with Winston, my 4-year-old golden retriever. He is big, sweet, friendly, and very committed to being everyone’s emotional support himbo.

Rent is $700 a month with a $300 deposit. I cover internet, water, trash, and Primo water delivery service, which includes two 5-gallon bottles every two weeks. Electric and gas are split. The rental would start on a month-to-month basis, pending a $40 background check. If you pass the background check and move in, I’ll refund the $40. If it feels like a good fit for everyone, I’m open to discussing something longer-term later on.
