Carole's room

We are renting two private rooms with a shared bathroom in West Roseville. Very safe neighborhood with a park almost finished across the street. Close to walking trails and 5 minutes to CA-65. House was built in 2015. pictures coming soon - rooms aren’t cleared out yet but will be in next few weeks

We are a mother and daughter who own the house. Mother is a second grade teacher and daughter is a college student. We are very clean and friendly people. We have a small older dog, who has energy but sleeps most of the day.
