About the room
This a condo with 3 bedrooms. The rent for this room will be $500+. Room will be thoroughly clean before your arrival. Has a nice giant window and carpet! There is even more room on top to the smaller window for you to put more things in there. The room is also close to the front door of the house! You will be partially of the internet, utilities, and power bills. We would like to have a roommate that will be willing to spend time and hangout, along having a clean person that clean up after themselves and the house. Communication is also very important to us too. We would like to have a roommate at least around our age.
About the roomies
There is only 2 roommates living inside the condo currently, we are in our 20s. I am agender and the other roommate is non-binary. Both of us work, we clean around the house and our own spaces too!
There is a dog here too, she is very sweet and well trained. She’s 13 years old and love many pets for sure and my ESA!
